Demolition of industrial facilities
A majority of waste occuring can be defined as amortization waste that consists of used machinery, tools, techonological parts, production sites, storing facilities, premises – that ceased working on.
An important part of the scrap emerging this way is the so called amortization scrap, that includes among others machinery, tools, technological parts, plants, factories, storing facilities, premises – that cease to go on working.
A part of major importance is planning and executing these demolition projects.
Main aim of these demolitions is to be able to control waste and scrap emerging during these operations in a manner and method that is in full consent with relevant and due environmental legal regulations and ensuring the path of the scrap to be forwarded to the appropriate recycling unit.
In order to achieve the above mentioned aims our employees are qualified experts, who organise and execute the demolition procedure, waste management plans are set up.
Demolition projects can be divided into two categories:
Demolition of industrial technological facilities
Including: out of date machinery, equipment, containers, wires, heating units and other technological parts. Preliminary plans for demolitions are prepared in advance and also licences are all to be updated and applied for. Demolition is in full accordance with contractor’s requirements. Demolition material (scrap and other waste) are transported to plants with relevant licences to be overtaken. Final move is preparation of material checklist by EWC-codes grouping.2. Demolition of buildings and sites
Our activity also covers full demoliton of buildings and estates (plants, etc.) in accordance with 46/1997 (XII. 29) regulation of the Licencing Process of Construction Authorities. Projects are always executed by due and valid demolition licence (authorization). Demolition licence may be provided by our contracting partner or we may also assist by applying for them by our experts at the authority responsible. Demolition projects are regulated by Act 2000. XLIII. and45/2004 (VII.26) BM-kvVM regulative directives of the Ministry. Fémker Ltd. crashes, collects selectively, grinds and cuts parts in case necessary. We do also transport the demolition material to legal and licenced facilities for further processing and/or recycling.
We do make a comprehensive and detailled demolition register about the material.
